In Spain we retraced some of my footsteps from the Camino de Levante a few years ago. We caught the train from A Coruna to Zamora. A few hours to travel what took me three weeks to walk. I spent the journey with my nose pressed to the window.
I watched the names of stations and tunnels Ourense, A Gudina, Lubian. I remembered the nights spent in them and drank the beauty
Watching it from the train meant I got more sense of the hills. I realised how fit I was then. My thoughts turned to the Cistercian Way Pilgrimage through Wales in a few months.
